If you’re having trouble applying the wax in thin layers try running under a warm tap for a few seconds.

Easy Wax Roll On

INSTRUCTIONS

Appropriate Hair Length:

This wax is intended for use on short hair and can be used on hair with more than 1 week of growth.

Skin Preparation:

Skin should be clean and dry, free from oils, creams, lotions, moisturizers and perspiration. Wash skin with soap and water, and dry thoroughly before waxing. If the climate is hot and humid, lightly dust the area to be waxed with powder.

STEP 1 - PREPARE THE WAX

1. Twist off and remove roller. Pull out plastic plug (keep this to reseal pack after use) Replace roller and twist on tightly.

2. Place Roll-on bottle upside down in the front part of the plastic casing which serves as a holding tray. Leave for 2 minutes to allow wax to flow to roller.

STEP 2 – PATCH TEST

Before each use, always do a patch test. Apply a test sample to a small area where product will be used, following the instructions. Wait 24 hours and if the skin appears normal, proceed with application to a larger area. A slight reddening of the skin is normal for several hours after removal of hair. In cases of extreme skin reactions, discontinue use immediately and do not proceed with full treatment. If skin appears normal, proceed.

STEP 3 – CLEANSE THE SKIN

Wash area to be waxed with mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly.

STEP 4 – APPLY THE WAX AND REMOVE HAIR

1. Pressing the roller down firmly on the skin, spread a thin/transparent layer of wax in the direction of hair growth. Do not spread the wax back and forth.

2. If the product does not come out at room temperature (below 19°C), twist off the roller, put the plug back on and hold the bottle upside down under warm tap water for 30 seconds to get the wax to flow.

3. Immediately apply the disposable cloth strip over the waxed area pressing it firmly in the direction of hair growth. NOTE: Wax is not supposed to harden.

4. Hold skin taut with one hand and pick up lower end of the strip with other hand. In one smooth motion, pull the strip quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth.

STEP 5 – WASH OR WIPE AWAY EXCESS WAX

Any wax residue can be easily washed away with lukewarm water and a clean cloth, then pat dry. Alternatively, the Smooth Touch™ Wipes can be used to help remove residue wax.

STEP 6 – CLEAN ROLL-ON APPLICATOR

1. Unscrew and remove the roller, put the plug back in.

2. Wash the roller with warm tap water to clean. Dry and replace the roller on the bottle for storage until next use.

STEP 7 – CONDITION SKIN

Use the Smooth Touch™ Wipes to soothe and moisturise skin after waxing.

CAUTION

Wax should not be used by people with loose skin, elderly people or those suffering with diabetes, varicose veins, moles, warts or circulatory problems. Do not use on face, nose, ears, nipples, perianal or vaginal/genital areas. Do not use on irritated, inflamed or broken skin. Do not use after a bath and do not use deodorant for 24 hours after underarm hair removal. Do not heat in a saucepan of hot water. Skin must be clean, dry and without any trace of cream, lotions, moisturisers, oils and perspiration. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the instructions carefully before use and follow the instructions exactly. Failure to follow these warning may result in severe skin irritation, skin removal, burns, or other injury.

WARNING

Patch test before each use by applying the product to a small part of the area where hair is to be removed. Follow instructions and wait 24 hours. If skin appears normal, proceed. Never reapply wax on the same area within a 24 hour period. As with any wax treatment, some discomfort may be experienced. Your skin may turn a little red for a short while after treatment. This is normal and will soon disappear. If the skin to be treated is not held taut, and the wax is not zipped or pulled back very fast and close to the skin, then a pinching effect may be felt, a wax residue will remain on the skin or worse, skin could be removed resulting in injury. Read the instructions carefully and proceed at all times with caution.
